Overview

PARTNER —B.COM LL.B
ATTORNEY, NOTARY PUBLIC & CONVEYANCER
ADMINISTRATOR OF DECEASED ESTATES

  • I began my legal career at Melamed and Hurwitz Attorneys in 2006 where I completed my articles in 2007, going on to be admitted as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in the same year. When I fell pregnant with my first child in 2009, I made the decision to leave Melamed and Hurwitz Attorneys and start my own legal practice where I would have the freedom to be a mom as well as a practising attorney. I started Benater Attorneys in 2009 one week after my first child was born – I am a determined woman — and a few years later formed Benaters, together with my husband in 2017, solidifying my belief in family, both in my practice and at home.

I am a specialist in conveyancing, property law and the administration of deceased estates. I am proud to say that together with my extensive experience and use of cutting edge technology, I ensure that all my clients receive outstanding professional yet personalised service especially when I am entrusted with my client’s personal matters.

    • Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa

    • Member of the Legal Practice Council (South Africa)

Our Story

We believe in family. Yours and ours.

We are a husband and wife team, supportive partners in a legal practice and supportive partners when we return home to our children, Leeyah and Skyla. We believe in the personal touch and in family.  We are large enough to get the job done, but also small enough to ensure high-quality and personalised legal services to individuals and their family owned businesses.
